Common Questions

How are packages priced — per user or flat rate?
Our Essential and Professional tiers are flat monthly fees covering up to the stated user count. Enterprise pricing is fully custom based on your environment size, complexity and geographic spread. We also offer per-user pricing for businesses that prefer that model — contact us to discuss.
What currencies do you accept and how is payment handled?
We accept payment in GBP, USD and AUD. Invoicing is monthly in advance via BACS, SEPA, ACH or credit card. All contracts are denominated in your preferred currency to eliminate FX risk.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Our standard term is 12 months, which allows us to properly embed within your environment and deliver continuous improvement. We do offer shorter pilots (3 months) for new clients who want to evaluate the service before committing. Enterprise clients typically prefer 24–36 month terms for greater cost stability.
How quickly can you onboard us?
For Essential and Professional tiers, we typically complete onboarding within 5 business days. Enterprise onboarding is typically 2–4 weeks depending on environment complexity. We've developed a robust onboarding playbook and dedicated onboarding engineers to ensure the process is seamless.
What happens if you miss an SLA?
Our contracts include service credits for SLA breaches — typically 10–30% of monthly fee per qualifying breach. We also provide root cause analysis and corrective action plans for every P1 incident.
Can we bring our own tools or licences?
Yes. We work with your existing tooling where appropriate, and we can manage licences you already own. However, we recommend our curated toolset where possible — we've optimised our processes around these platforms and can deliver better outcomes as a result.
Do you support businesses outside the UK, USA and Australia?
Yes — we serve clients across Europe, the Middle East, Singapore and New Zealand. Our pricing page shows three primary currencies but we can invoice in others and provide coverage across any time zone. Contact us to discuss your specific location.
