Yes. The prices shown are fixed prices — not estimates or starting-from figures. Once we issue a written quote after the free diagnostic, that price will not increase. The only exception is RAID/Server recovery, where pricing is bespoke and confirmed after a free assessment.
You pay only after we provide you with a file list confirming what has been recovered and you approve the quote. For emergency services, full payment is required before work begins due to the immediate resource allocation.
You pay nothing. We will return your original media to you via secure tracked delivery at no charge. There are no diagnostic fees, no call-out charges and no administration fees.
No — all prices shown are excluding VAT. VAT at the current standard rate (20%) will be applied to the invoice. This is clearly shown before you confirm the job.
