The lab is equipped with over 100 dedicated PC-3000 UDMA recovery channels — the industry-standard tool for firmware-level repair — and a library of more than 14,000 spare and donor parts ready immediately. No waiting for parts to be ordered. Recovery starts when your drive arrives.
The diagnostic is always free. The quote is fixed. And if we cannot recover your data, you pay nothing at all — no diagnostic fees, no parts charges, no administration fees. Your original media is returned to you via secure tracked delivery at no cost.
We use Cellebrite forensic tools alongside proprietary in-house software developed specifically for data recovery. Every job begins with a forensic image of your media — we work from the image, never the original, so the source device is never put at further risk during extraction.
All data is held under signed confidentiality agreement, handled in accordance with GDPR as a data processor, and securely wiped from our systems within 30 days of delivery. You receive written confirmation of destruction on request. Our handling is ISO 9001 audited.
